Magnesium Powder Explosion Accident

At around 19:45 on February 7, 2017, a magnesium alloy warehouse of a company in Jiaocheng County, Luliang City, Shanxi Province, suffered a magnesium combustion accident. A mushroom cloud rose at the scene, and a fire several meters high burned in the factory building, with thick smoke rising.
Magnesium powder is one of the most representative magnesium deep-processing products in my country's magnesium industry in recent years. Since magnesium powder easily reacts with oxidants, there is a risk of fire and explosion during production, transportation, storage and use, which has a great impact on the normal production of magnesium powder.
